Terms of service
Last updated September 16, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of AI Academy (www.aiacademy.guru), a free educational website operated by Tarun Singhal ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
AI Academy provides free, self-paced learning content about large language models, AI agents, and AI governance: lessons, quizzes, interactive tools, mock exams, and reference material. No account is required to use any of it. An optional sign-in exists solely to sync your learning progress across devices, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Educational use only — no professional advice
All content is provided for education. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a certification: completing modules or mock exams here does not confer any credential and is not affiliated with, or an official preparation for, any certification body (including IAPP, ISO, or any cloud vendor). Fast-moving facts carry their own "as of" dates; verify against primary sources before relying on them.
Your account
Sign-in uses your existing Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn account; you are responsible for the security of that account. You may stop using sync, erase your synced data, or request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or attack its infrastructure or its sync service, access data belonging to others, scrape at rates that degrade the service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The site’s content — lessons, quizzes, tools, and design — is © Tarun Singhal, all rights reserved, unless noted otherwise. You may use it for personal learning, including sharing links and short excerpts with attribution. Republishing substantial portions, or using the content to build a competing product or train a model, requires written permission. Third-party names and frameworks referenced in lessons (AWS, Microsoft, Google, ISO, IAPP, and others) remain the property of their owners; references are editorial, not endorsements.
Third-party services
Sign-in and sync rely on third-party services (Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn for identity; Supabase for authentication and storage; Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare for hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the site (which is zero — the site is free).
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms by posting the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
